happy week(end)

i'm here because i'm stuck with my essay and cant continue it..... = =" its not happy rite?
so instead i'll think about somethings that happen to me this past week (practicing my strategy) ^^

we had a pizza in psych class...happy
did pretty well in math and english class...happy
finish my november work and art workbook...happy
got the songs/vdo/movie i wanted from my friend...really happy
the songs and vdo made me laugh real hard (lmao)- really made my day...really really happy ^^

pretty much the past week is good for me
no one knows whats going to happen this week rite? for me whatever happens just....





it really helps ^^.....SMILE....there's always ups and downs...tomorrow will be better~
phew* writing blogs really help me feel better

this blog is for my class experiment on happiness (^O^)
for recording things we do to make us happy and response about it

yesterday we did a test on our strengths....and pretty much i'm happy with it....

our first exercise is "before we go to bed, think about at least 3 good things that happen to us in the day." it work well because i had a very good night sleep..
doing random acts of kindness actually makes us feel good because when we do good things, we get to see the other person smile back or appreciate our help. just to know that they apperciate it, it makes us smile too. ^^it makes me happy because their reactions are fill with surprises...they didn't think that we'll do it. to see their surprise look is also fun (haha~)
